TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of sale and delivery regarding deliveries in Sweden.
These sale and delivery conditions, called the Conditions below, are applied to all orders made on Fogia’s website, www.fogia.se / www.fogia.com, called the Website below, when the delivery is made to an address in Sweden.
When you click on the purchase button, you enter a contract with Fogia. Immediately after you have placed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. Please go through the confirmation to make sure that it is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, if it is incorrect in some way or if you wish to change your order, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately on sales@fogia.se.
To simplify any contacts with our Customer Service, we recommend that you have the order confirmation available in contacts with us.
VALUE ADDED TAX
Prices on the Website include value added tax of 25%. Value added tax is payable on all orders when the customer is a consumer resident in an EU Member State.
FREIGHT
The prices given are excluding freight. Freight costs are additional and are paid by you. The freight cost is shown at the checkout.
PAYMENT
For orders made through the Website we accept payment using the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX/American Express, Swish, direct debit via Handelsbanken, SEB, Swedbank and Nordea, or against an invoice. (If you have questions regarding your invoice, you should always contact Klarna on 08-120 120 10 on Monday–Thursday at 08.30–20.00, Friday at 08.30–17.00 and weekends at 10.00–17.00 Conditions for Klarna, only applies to Swedish customers). For card payments, follow the instructions given on the Website when paying.
SECURITY
We always offer you a secure payment method. We cooperate with Klarna, which meets the PCI DSS requirements. All card details and your personal data are encrypted, which means that only authorised persons can access the information.
RESERVATION
We reserve the right to cancel orders when the product is obviously wrongly priced.
For inventory items, the normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Different delivery times apply to products made to order. You will be notified of the delivery time in your order confirmation.
Packages are only held at the collection point for 14 days from their date of arrival, and you must collect the package within that time if it is not to be sent back to us. Note that we make a charge for packages that are not collected.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
If your order consists of products with different time of delivery, your order will be subject to partial deliveries. In that case you only pay a freight cost corresponding to what would have applied to a single order delivery.
DELIVERY NOTICE
In certain cases a delivery notification can be obtained from the carrier if you gave your mobile number and email when making the order.
DELIVERY DELAY
Even though we do our utmost to deliver on time, obstacles can occur. If you experience an order delay, we kindly ask you to contact us. In cases of extensive delays, you may be entitled to cancel the order.
DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
We have chosen carriers who provide guarantees for good quality in their deliveries. Despite this, damage in transport can occur. We therefore ask you to carefully examine, upon receipt, the packaging and the product. If there is visible damage to the product or packaging, you should report this directly to the carrier or, if you discover the damage after delivery, as soon as possible to our customer service by email to claims@fogia.se
RETURNS
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of the product being delivered to you or for collection. As long as the returned product (including packaging) is in its original condition and within in the timeframe of our return policy, we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. Our return policy does not apply to customized products or products made to order.
HANDLING OF RETURNS
You must bear the cost of the return freight yourself. To reduce this cost we offer you the possibility of using our prepaid return slip (that includes the Fogia return address) at a cost corresponding to the original delivery cost. The return freight will then be charged retrospectively.
Make sure to pack the product that you want to return in its original packaging. Stick the prepaid return slip on the outside of the parcel and make sure that it covers the original address.
The prepaid return slip option does not apply to purchases of bigger items, like furniture. Furniture can be returned using our carrier at a cost of between SEK 2 000 and 8 500, depending on the size of the furniture. Please contact Customer Service at sales@fogia.se for more information.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will send you a refund. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly (ideally in their original packaging) and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Always have your proof of postage in the case of any questions regarding your return.
REFUND
When we have received and approved your return, we will send you a refund. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the refund, by way of the original payment method, within 14 days from our approval of the return. If you have any questions – please contact Fogia's Customer Service.
Despite our own and our suppliers' high-quality standards, not everything is perfect. If you should receive a damaged, defective, or faulty item and we receive your complaint in due time, you may be eligible to request a replacement or a refund. Please contact claims@fogia.se and have you order confirmation available, in that case.
Complaints about damaged, defective, or faultyitems and about defects and delays in deliveries have to reach Fogia within a reasonable period (1 month) from when you discovered, or ought to have discovered, the defect.
We recommend that you make any complaints in writing, by email to claims@fogia.se. You can also make complaints by phone +46 8-556 09100.
If the complaint is not made within a reasonable period from when the defect was discovered, or ought to have been discovered, and within three years from when you received the product, you lose the right to take any remedies under the Consumer Sales Act against Fogia.
When a complaint is accepted, you are reimbursed for all your costs regarding the complaint, including return freight.
Fogia makes a reservation for any obvious clerical or printing errors and cannot be held liable for damage resulting from such an error.
Packages delivered are held at collection points for 14 days from their date of arrival. Packages that are not picked up within this timeframe will be sent back to Fogia.
Uncollected packages will imply a fee of SEK 250, that will be charged to the recipient. The fee corresponds to our costs for freight, return freight and handling.
If there is no delivery or collection because you fail to accept the product after notification, we are entitled to view your failure as a cancellation of the order. We will then refund the purchase price less the delivery and return freight cost and any invoice charge.

Our Customer service is open Mon-Fri 9-17. Emails are answered within 24 hours Mon-Fri.
We are exempted from fulfilling the delivery if the due fulfilment of the delivery is prevented by circumstances outside our control that we could not reasonably have foreseen and whose consequences we could not reasonably avoid or overcome, such as a labour dispute, fire, accident, war, decision of a public authority or some other circumstance that was outside our control and that has a material effect on ourability to deliver.
